Perfect Fit Promise: We offer free exchanges for 60 days on all eligible orders to ensure you find your ideal fit.

Return Conditions

  • Bras: Please try on your bra for fit, but ensure the original tags remain attached.
  • Underwear: We only accept underwear in unworn condition, with original tags, and in its unopened original polybag.
  • Final Sale: Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Fees: A $4.99 fee applies to all returns (waived for Platinum Hooked Rewards members).

How to Start Your Request

To begin a return or exchange, please email us at thirdlovebras@gmail.com with your order information. You can find your order number in your confirmation email, on your packing slip, or in your "Order History" after signing into your account.

Special Orders

If you placed an order through The View or Good Morning America, please specify this in your email so our team can provide the correct instructions for your purchase.
